Long time in development, this was a joint project between 3 producers spread far across the world; Unreal, based in the UK, Nick Crescendo, based in the US, and Ghost, based in Sweden.

All the beats were made especially for these tracks - but these mixes go far further than just the beats. We tried to approach this from the opposite spectrum of the hiphop angle, with new-era styles of music. You'll find arpeggiated synthesizers, movie samples, chopped world music clips, and even cuts from previous Jay-Z tracks.
